Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods (G.A.I.N.) promotes safety and neighborhood unity, showcasing the police-community partnerships for a safer Arizona. City of Phoenix funds the AONA Fall Festival with our block watch grant, making Arcadia Osborn a safer, better place to live. Your sponsorship puts the “local’ in the community, funds other events and advocates for our neighborhood.
