"I met Sara in 2003 when I purchased my Coronado house. Sitting in the backyard, she certainly helped seal the deal on that home! In 2011, she made the long walk from 12th Street and Thomas to our new home on 40th Street and Indianola and grabbed herself a poolside seat. There was never any question -- she was coming with me! We love this neighborhood! In 2019, we moved to Osborn and, no longer shy, she lives in the front yard!

Sara is much admired by neighbors and we're glad she brings a chuckle to children and those young at heart. We are happy Arcadia residents and believe that features like Sara make our HOA-free neighborhood a little more special. Please say hello to Sara and give her a little pat, but be careful of stepping on her toes!”
